Karole is really gentle with my little baby Chihuahua. Both our fur kids leave fresh smelling and immaculately groomed, especially our powder puff Samoyed who must be challenging, he likes to chat and is very furry. Love the though and care that goes into their grooming, they often have bows on their collars, gems on their heads or have been given treats as presents. Excellent service, wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I took my sweet, scruffy Golden Cocker Spaniel in to be groomed/clipped, which I've never done before so I was a bit nervous and not sure I'd like how it looked. I was completely reassured and left feeling like the team had taken on board all my concerns - I really needn't have worried, my pup came out looking SO beautiful and so young again!! I can't believe how great she looks, I'm so happy it's completely changed the way I'll be dealing with her coat from now on. A great service.
